The Connestee Falls Property Owners Association regularly runs resident photo contests. It’s spring time in Connestee Falls, and the season’s vibrant colors are on full display in these winning images from the Spring 2014 Resident Photo Contest.
These photos are another lovely reminder that Connestee Falls is never short on natural beauty. It’s always hard to choose the winning photographs with so many excellent entries from around the community. The Connestee Falls Property Owners Association thanks all our residents who submitted and shared there springtime memories.
“It’s impressive how much talent we have in our community,” said CFPOA General Manager Jim Lorah. “With each new quarterly contest, our team is amazed with the wonderful images captured by our resident photographers. The winners are always shared with visitors to our website.”
The Spring 2014 competition had 40 photographs entered. The five winning entries, selected by independent judging, include photographs of activities like fishing, residents enjoying the spring flora, picturesque views of lakes, and an aerial view of the championship golf course.
The winners included: Tom Reinke for the photo Serenity; Lawrence Blatz for the photo Lake Ticoa Lunker; Edward Fradley for the photo: Linda Research Chestnut; Jody Lee for the photo Beautiful Lake Atagahi Sunrise; Cynthia Costa for the photo Aerial View. All of the winning photographers will receive a certificate to dine at the Overlook Clubhouse.
Selects of these photos will be added to the Photo Album on the website where larger images from many resident photo contests are presented in a flipbook viewer. All the photos of the community on the Connestee Falls website were taken by residents. With so many great people and so much natural beauty it’s easy to see why residents love to show and share their photos. Find more spectacular photos on the slideshow at the top of the main website.
