Connestee Falls Clubhouse Public Grand Re-Opening Saturday
The $2.5 million clubhouse interior renovation that started in the spring has concluded with results that will be on display for the general public Saturday, October 6th.
Almost the entire 26,000 square foot interior of the building, originally built in the 1970s, has been transformed and modernized. The work included upgrades from the slab to the ceilings and the lower level Grill to the main floor Blue Ridge lounge – and everywhere in between. The Performing Arts Hall was modernized with new sound and lighting. The Connestee Falls Woodworkers club provide amazing custom wood bars and finishes. There are new floor coverings and custom touches that add flare to the presentation.
Photographs of the completed project below tell the story of this major renovation. The best way to experience it though is during the Grand Re-Opening celebration Saturday from 12 to 4p.m. The event is part of the 2018 Fall Tour of Homes with nine open houses including new builder homes and private residences. Visitors can tour the clubhouse, enjoy lite refreshments and register for door prizes.
