The late fall leaf beauty and snowy winter made for some excellent photo ops at Connestee Falls. An active community year round, Connestee Falls resident photographers thrilled with images of the winter wonderland that touches the Western North Carolina mountains in the colder months. There is so much beauty to take away from every season at this master planned community. These winning photos from the 2014 winter photo contest treat us to the lovely transition from colors of fall to the solemn of winter. One of the winners even captured the very last sunset of 2014 in all its beauty! (pictured on the left.)
The Property Owners Association regularly runs resident photo contests and the winning photos are published here on the blog. Each winner also receives a gift certificate to the Overlook Clubhouse.
All the photos of the community on the Connestee Falls website were also taken by residents. Find more spectacular photos on the slide show at the top of the main website. Use the Click here link on any of those photos to learn more about the photographer and the stories behind their photos.
