Connestee Falls is a planned gated residential community, governed entirely by its property owners through an elected Board of Directors. Property owners control and own all amenities and common property. Our seven person Board of Directors, elected by the owners, establishes policies and provides direction for a General Manager and his staff, while over 200 individual members serve as volunteers on committees to render services and provide activities. This successful combination of volunteers and employed personnel has provided for over twenty-five years the many services so beneficial to all.

Nestled in the cool foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Connestee Falls is ecologically designed to preserve the natural environment, and an uncrowded, unpolluted, unhurried way of life. Deer and other wildlife roam free, at your back door. There is as much to do, or as little to do, as one desires … from planned recreational and social activities such as golf and tennis to small shared interest groups.
