The golf course at Connestee Falls was recently featured in an article on the Hendersonville Times website. It’s worth a read to learn more about the course John Damansky refers to in his article as “a mountain gem.” We could not have said it better.
Famed golf course architect George Cobb, most noted for his design of the par-3 course at Augusta National, designed the Connestee Falls golf course in 1972. It is 6,517 yards of beauty sculpted through the mountain setting of the community. Damansky recently played the course at the invitation of head golf professional Trey Wyatt. He gives an excellent overview of the course along with tips on club and shot selections. It’s worth a read.
The course is semi-private and tee times are available along with more information at the golf club website. Sign up there to receive emails on special and events as Wyatt and his team offer a variety of activities and opportunities to play the course throughout the year. Better yet, become a property owner and take advantage of living along the course as well as playing it.
