A heated outdoor swimming pool is located adjacent to the Overlook Clubhouse and is available for use seven days a week during the season (May 15 - until ...). A number of water aerobic classes are available as well as private swim lessons. Private pool parties are available at a minimum charge.

Basic Pool Rules

Please walk at all times. No diving. No standing or sitting on lane lines or life lines. No glass. Children must be potty trained to enter both pools. Swim diapers are not allowed. Every "accident" requires the pool to be shut down for 24 hours. Owners & agents are responsible to inform tenants/guests of all rules and for their conduct.
