First-Time Login Instructions

Your password the first time you register on the website is your last name in lowercase letters (After you register you will be given a prompt to change your password. The password you change it to should be strictly alpha/numeric – do not use any special characters.
Spouses and other family members would use the same process to register but their member number will have an additional letter at the end (for example CF01234A). They would just need to check their member card to see what letter they need for registration.
